Late Night Lock In: Winter Wellness Workshop

We’re back for our first in IRL Lock In since 2019! 

Join us for a very special Winter Lock In to retreat from the busy lead up to Xmas & gather together to reflect upon & release all we have experienced this year and set new intentions to support your holistic well-being. The perfect winter remedy!

Immerse yourself in an afternoon of grounding Yin Yoga with Liz Joy Oakley (@lizjoyoakley) a Psychology workshop with Dr. Stephanie Minchin (@theyogapsychologist) & closing with a nourishing gong meditation with Rachael Welford (@rachaelhappyhabits).

MoreYoga Late Night Lock Ins are an alternative to a night out, an opportunity to spend your Friday evening with us doing something that enriches your Mind, Body & Spirit. As part of the MoreMind project, every Lock In is inspired by our ethos that invites you to approach your health holistically by combining Yoga, Psychology and Sound Healing. 

CANDLELIT YIN YOGA @lizjoyoakley
We will open the evening with a nurturing Yin Yoga practice inspired by the elements, combining breathwork, mindfulness and deep releasing postures to relax the body and quiet the mind, helping us ground into the space for the evening. This practice is suitable for everyone & all levels are welcome.

PSYCHOLOGY WORKSHOP @theyogapsychologist
Integrating yoga philosophy and models of western psychology, you will be guided through discussion and an individual written mind-mapping exercise supporting silent self-reflexivity and contemplation.

SOUND HEALING GONG BATH @rachaelhappyhabits
Using sound vibration, we’ll help bring blissed-out silence to your mind, relaxation to your body and a connection to your soul.  The deep vibrations resonate all the cells in the body, activating your relaxation response, slowing your heart rate and entraining the brain to Theta, the bliss state.
