The Yoga Psychologist (Dr Stephanie Minchin) invites you to join a YOGA THERAPY workshop, supporting your mental health and emotional wellbeing.

In this online offering, Stephanie will share a brief discussion about the healing powers of Yoga Therapy. You will gain insight into the therapeutic effects of yoga and how it can support you in your self-care.

Stephanie will guide you through a reflective writing exercise and an experiential yoga therapy practice, involving breathwork techniques, movement / posture-based sequence, and meditation.

This webinar is inclusive and open to those of all levels, welcoming of beginners in both yoga and psychology.
