Yoga Therapy
“Stephanie provided me with the tools to be able to find some relief from symptoms on my own, through yoga. Stephanie has had a huge impact on my acceptance of myself in terms of body image (home/grounding) and self-care in a broader sense as in her sessions I was able to find stillness and to sit with grief/sadness/warmth and loving. Yoga therapy has been a catalyst to good and hopefully lasting changes. Stephanie is quite remarkable as a yoga therapist and I have come away feeling most fortunate.
— Ria
“Steph is so helpful and patient and kind; Steph is a great listener and has helped me work through so much in a short space of time. The sessions were personal to me and my needs and I totally reignited my relationship with myself, my body, yoga and movement. Steph truly helped me rediscover the magic of yoga and my magic within.”
— Steph P
“I felt overwhelmed and out of control of my thoughts and body with anxiety. Stephanie was incredibly welcoming, listened carefully to my needs and emotions. and ensured sessions were personalised and relevant for me. Stephanie was patient and supported the process to enable it to be thought provoking, reflective and compassionate.
The feelings and emotions I have experienced during these sessions are indescribable. There were aspects from each session which I took away to integrate into my daily routines. Yoga therapy isn't just a one off session, it has potential to be life changing.”

Yoga & Psychology for Mental Health course
“I had been struggling with my mental health, feeling overwhelmed and negative thinking. The course was really helpful and I learnt a lot. There was a great balance between learning scientific background and theory and practical techniques and exercises. I noticed a positive change in focusing my thoughts and approaching my feelings in a more compassionate way, and have learnt skills to support my mental health.”
— Catherine, Yoga & Psychology for Mental Health: Cultivating Compassion course
“Cultivating Compassion has been a fantastic learning experience. The course was a great balance of teachings and theory, guided meditations, solo and group reflections, practical tools and techniques and yoga! This made it really engaging and helped to embed the learning in different ways. Steph is a fantastic teacher and facilitator, she made me feel really at ease, and was brilliant at guiding and encouraging me to step out of my comfort zone and learn new things in a very practical and supportive way. I am thrilled to have a set of practical steps I now confidently deploy in finding a more compassionate self and quieter inner critic! I can’t recommend this course enough, it's been so rewarding and inspiring”
— Mary, Yoga & Psychology for Mental Health: Cultivating Compassion course
“"The CBT & Yoga Therapy course was exactly what I needed at a difficult time: it was January & lockdown 3, and I was in need of some self-care. The course was just the right combination of psychology education, CBT practice and physical activity. Even though we were all joining on Zoom from our homes, the 'room' felt like a safe, mutually supportive space and the effects have kept me going through February as well! I'd highly recommend joining the next time Steph does a course.”
— Oliver, Yoga & Psychology for Mental Health: Positive Patterns (CBT) course
