Therapy sessions Terms and Conditions

  • Psychological Therapy and Yoga Therapy sessions are via appointment only.

  • An initial consultation call supports a brief discussion about the reasons you are seeking therapy and your hopes and objectives for the sessions.

  • Following the initial consultation session, a minimum block of 6 therapy sessions is recommended.

  • Therapy requires a regular and consistent commitment. Therapy sessions are recommended weekly, or at regular time intervals, to ensure momentum and continuity.

  • Active participation in therapy skills is encouraged. There will be recommended home practices/skills in between sessions to encourage transformation beyond the sessions.

  • All sessions are currently facilitated online via Zoom video call (due to the current context of Covid-19).

  • Office hours are usually Thursday & Friday daytimes. There may be a waitlist for certain time slots.
