My aim is to support you in nurturing a calm mind, strong body and open heart to live a more fulfilled life, through psychological therapy and yoga therapy, workshops and trainings, with a commitment to raising awareness of mental health as a core part of our human experience.

Clinical Psychology
As a Senior Clinical Psychologist, with over 10 years of clinical experience in various mental health settings, Stephanie offers a wider range of therapeutic intervention models in Clinical Psychology, the evidence-based science of talking therapies, to explore, understand and overcome emotional and mental health difficulties and physical health conditions.
Yoga Therapy
Stephanie integrates her passions in yoga and psychology, with advanced training in Yoga Therapy, the applied science of yoga for the purpose of healing. Yoga Therapy draws on ancient yogic traditions and views the individual human experience holistically through considering lifestyle, body, mind and soul to balance the essence of wellbeing.
Training
Stephanie shares extensive knowledge through a variety of training platforms, from delivering training on trauma to charities, mental health awareness workshops in corporate settings, skill-based training courses for staff in educational institutes and consultations with organisations to help establish mental health policies.

Stephanie has authored her first book chapter, been featured in The Telegraph, Stylist Magazine, The British Library catalogue and the Division of Clinical Psychology Forum, published in academic articles, hosted a regular wellbeing column in PlusMinus Magazine and blogged for MoreYoga.
As a guest speaker at conferences and regular lecturer in both yoga and psychology, Stephanie continues to advocate for health, healing and happiness through raising education and awareness.
